feat(msgcenter): 消息读取改走 SDK msg 读方法并带当前激活身份学校口径（resolveReadSchId→/oapi/identity/current，0/异常降级 null）；todo 角标沿用主学校口径不变；直批标读联动带口径（消息按学校隔离 批次3）
