chore(ci): 空提交触发前端重建——上一次构建（Gitea task 1491, commit 26d9314）在 npm ci 阶段被并发任务杀死（exit 137）：本仓与 aca-syllabu-front 的 build workflow 都用固定容器名 frontbuild，对方 08:33:39 的 docker rm -f frontbuild 把我的容器干掉（日志时间戳对齐）。代码零改动，仅重跑构建
