build / build-push (push) Successful in 1m1s
删 Notice 本地哑管道（试点范本已完成使命），加 yh-appearance-spring-boot-starter （BOM 管版本，YschOpenCall 走聚合包）。端点同 URL /api/appearance 同语义：三态 proxy/local/off，503 直写铁律内置（0721cf3 教训）。工作区他人 WIP（NoticeRead* ）未混入，择迹提交。
