fix(小组件): 空态仪表盘改用纯矢量图标 —— 原 widget-empty.svg 是内嵌 PNG 的假 SVG，currentColor/color 对其无效；按 alpha 轮廓亚像素反推（9 轮廓/245 顶点，IoU 98.2%）
