chenxing 6daf5db8c1 fix: 修复CI镜像构建失败（Dockerfile COPY docker/cas.war 但上下文缺失/被 .dockerignore 排除）

- .dockerignore 移除对 docker/cas.war 的排除，保证 COPY 可取到
- docker/cas.war 同步最新构建产物（含自定义登录模板 casLoginView/casGenericSuccessView、check-sso、登录成功跳默认落点、完整版前端资源）
- 补充登录页模板源码与 build 脚本入库

chenxing d4432ef9e9 build: 重新注入含 service URL 解码的 LoginController.class 到 docker/cas.war

Details 
后端发布不走源码编译，CI 直接 COPY 仓库内 docker/cas.war 进镜像。
此前仅提交 LoginController.java 源码不生效，导致 CI 重建时用旧 war 覆盖了解码改动。
现用 javac(JDK8) 编译带 URLDecoder.decode 的 LoginController，注入 docker/cas.war 并提交，
保证生产镜像包含 service 解码逻辑（前端已还原不解码，仅后端解码）。

chenxing 4e325c3f2c fix: 在后端对 service 参数做 URL 解码，移除前端解码依赖

Details 
前端 bschlogin.js 的 getQueryVariable 未对 query value 做 decodeURIComponent，
会把浏览器地址栏里百分号编码态的 service(http%3A%2F%2F...) 原样 POST 给后端，
导致 WebApplicationServiceFactory.createService 拿到的仍是编码串，CAS 服务注册表
正则 ^(https|imaps|http)://.* 匹配不到而抛 UnauthorizedServiceException
(带 service 登录报"建立会话失败")。改为在后端 login() 入口统一解码，方便后续扩展。
